Deliveries and Guarantees
We are Truckee's local florist with daily deliveries to the Truckee / North Lake Tahoe Area.
Our prices to have your gift arrangement delivered start at $35, plus delivery, plus Truckee sales tax (currently 7.875%).
If you don't want to spend the required minimum, you are more than welcome to come into our store and pick out what you would like. We are located at 11401 Donner Pass Rd. Ste C. Next to Zano's Restaurant with the train caboose in the parking lot.
We will also custom make arrangements from elements you pick out - most of the time in very little time while you wait. Or call ahead, and we'll have it ready for you!
If you are requesting specific flowers, please call us at least one to two days ahead of time so we can make sure we have the item (s) you're looking for in stock.
Delivery fees - to help us cover the cost of fuel and a courteous, competent delivery driver.
All deliveries may be subject to an extra fee if necessary during the winter months without notification, especially in snowstorms or during icy conditions that make delivering extra risky.
We halt taking orders for same day deliveries between 3-4 p.m. so our staff can go home to their families at a reasonable hour, but would be more than happy to deliver for you the next day (closed on Sunday's). Call us, we're more than happy to work with you!

OUR 24 HOUR GUARANTEE
We do understand that we are working with perishable items, therefore we offer a 24 hour flower replacement guarantee, provided the arrangement was properly cared for.
To Care ~ Use the packet of flower preservative we provide with your wrapped or vase arrangement. In a separate container, mix the packet with warm water, then take your flowers out of their vase, wash and rinse the vase very well to make sure all the soap is gone, pour the new mixture into your vase, re-cut 1/2" to 1" off the bottom of each flower stem (for maximum water consumption), then replace the arrangement into the fresh vase. This will help your flowers last as long as possible. This step should be ultimately performed every 2-3 days. Sometimes it gets hot up here, so please keep an eye on your water level.
